Intermediate Program
Fencing is a fun, rewarding, yet challenging sport. Our intermediate program is designed to help fencers make the transition from beginner class to our competitive practice group.
Program Description
The intermediate program is always ongoing and open to anyone that has completed a group beginner fencing course. The intermediate program runs alongside our competitive group practices and shares warm-up, flexibility and conditioning, and footwork time.
After completing footwork, intermediates split off on their own to work on skills and fence each other under the supervision of a coach or specifically trained senior club member. Fencers may stay in the intermediate program for up to three months before moving to a competitive membership.
